3rd Grade
Recent ActivityInstructor: Mrs. Hendricks
We look forward to the busy month of December! We will be singing Christmas carols at Silverado Assisted Center on Thursday, December 17th at 10:00A.M. The third grade will be making our parents' Christmas presents, designing Christmas cards for two nursing homes , and for "shut ins" . In science, we will begin our study of the human brain and central nervous ystem. The H.T.E.S. Christmas program is On December 8th at 7:00P.M. The Hawkshaws are working very hard on our cursive writing. We will complete the third grade spelling book this month. In January, we will begin the fourth grade spelling book. Every day with these precious children is such a blessing to me! I wish all of a blessed holiday season! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
Class Announcements birthday cards for senior citizens We will be making birthday cards for senior citizens. If you have a family member celebrating a special birthday please contact me. We would like to honor that person with special birthday greetings.
math timed tests Every Friday will we have a three minute timed math facts quiz.
MAYPlease read the summer reading list. Each student will need a three-ring binder for third grade.
